BizCentre respects your privacy and gives users the ability to request deletion of their accounts and associated personal information.
How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your BizCentre account and associated data, please send an account deletion request to:

Please include:
- Your registered BizCentre email address.
- Your business name, if applicable.
- A request confirming that you wish to permanently delete your account.
For security purposes, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
What Information Will Be Deleted
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize eligible information associated with your account, which may include:
- User profile and account information.
- Business account information.
- Customer conversation history stored in BizCentre.
- Uploaded files and media.
- Connected platform integration information and stored authorization credentials.
- AI conversation and automation records associated with your account.
- Other personal information associated with your account, where applicable.
Third-Party Integrations
Deleting your BizCentre account does not automatically delete information held by third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or Telegram.
You may need to separately disconnect integrations or request deletion directly from those platforms.
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, or satisfy legitimate business and accounting requirements.
Any retained information will be handled according to applicable privacy and data protection requirements and deleted when no longer necessary.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days, unless additional time is reasonably required or applicable law requires otherwise.
